Build On What Won't Change: The 8 Laws of an AI-Native Business
Eight laws for building a business that AI can actually use. Each one holds no matter which model wins this year. The interactive version of this presentation loads with JavaScript. The eight laws are summarised below, and the law-by-law articles live at corpuswire.com/laws.
Law 1: Your Asset
Most of what your business has written down is never looked at again, human or AI, that's your prime asset going to waste.
Law 2: Your Moat
Two competitors can run the exact same model but only one has this specific data, and that's what sets them apart.
Law 3: Realtime Retrieval
New files are searchable within seconds, so AI works with real live data, not what it guesses.
Law 4: Actionable Format
Knowledge has to exist in an easy format for machines to read and act on efficiently, not just one built for human eyes.
Law 5: Compound Effect
Knowledge you capture compounds over time; knowledge you don't is lost forever.
Law 6: In AI Chat
Knowledge has to be available wherever work happens, including in AI chat.
Law 7: Data Portability
Replace any vendor at will and move your data freely. Anything less, you don't actually own it.
Law 8: Quality over Quantity
Not all your knowledge matters equally. High-value material only gets indexed to avoid drowning in low-value noise.
